DOYENNE
We are a non-government organization established in Tanzania with a goal to create a generation of female leaders through programs that train, coach, mentor, and inspire university girls in Tanzania. We aspire to empower and equip young girls with the right leadership skills needed to achieve global development, advance their communities, and begin their leadership journey.

OUR IMPACT
The Niongoze Fellowship aim at providing the best possible leadership training to young women and girls so as to bridge the gap and provide equal leadership opportunities regardless of gender roles.
Inclusion of women in the economy makes good economic sense. We can’t transform Africa without bringing women to the forefront. There has to be a leadership ready to correct this historical injustice on women.
